Our delivery service is offered within Mainland UK only. Charges for deliveries outside the UK Mainland are available on request.
We currently have 95% of our products in stock to ensure a fast delivery, on some rare occasions deliveries can take up to 21 days due to stock delays.
If you require an item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please call our sales staff who will be able to assist you.

We only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
If you are out when we attempt delivery, a second delivery will be made at no extra charge except with large items of Furniture that are not delivered with a courier, the delivery cost will be deducted and another delivery charge will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery. If you decide to cancel the order instead of have your order re-delivered then the initial delivery charge will be deducted from your refund as this service has already taken place.
You must check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can deliver your item/s of furniture. This includes access and parking for a large delivery vehicle and access through your home to get your order into its intended room. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk. Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will result in the delivery fee deducted.
Finally, we work hard to keep our delivery promises however delays can occur that are outside our control. Love4Furniture will not be liable for any late or missed delivery. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time.
Love4Furniture regret we cannot compensate customers for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Disposal of Old Furniture
We cannot collect or dispose of your old furniture. However we ask that you do not dispose of your old sofa, table or bed if at all possible until delivery has been made as, in the unlikely event of a delivery problem arising, we cannot guarantee a loan piece of furniture.
Risk and Title
Ownership of products will pass to you on delivery.
Product Damage or Loss
You must note any packaging or product damage clearly on the delivery note (do not sign it unchecked) as we cannot accept liability for any damage reported to us at a later date.
Damaged or faulty products will where ever possible be fixed by sending out a furniture restorer to your address.
Some of our products will require assembly.
Please follow the assembly instructions. There will be no refunds or replacements for incorrect installation or assembly.
